Return Policy

We only accept the return of NON OPEN items.

The return must be made within 14 days from the day the order was delivered.


How to return: 1) Take the product (s) you want to return and put them in a new envelope / box. Please make sure it is a well-padded envelope / box as if the jewelry is broken when it arrives at us, we will not be in a position to issue a refund. 2) Go to a post office and send it to us. We recommend that you choose a traceable shipping method so that you can track your package and be notified when it arrives at our warehouse. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Once the condition of the returned product (s) has been verified, we will issue a refund in 1-5 business days after receiving the return. The refund should be visible on your account shortly after, but it all depends on the payment method you have chosen.


Note: we are always obliged to refund the money with the payment method with which the order was paid. This means that we cannot change the refund bank account. We usually process any refunds within three business days. Unfortunately, if the return is lost and not delivered to us, we cannot compensate. If you decide to return only a few items, you will only get a refund for the returned items and you should consider the free shipping threshold, in case you got a discount or free shipping based on the total order value. It may happen that by subtracting the value of the returned items from the original order value, the total order value drops below the free shipping threshold. Therefore, the discount or free shipping no longer applies and you are therefore required to pay the original shipping cost.
